I've met Mark, and will say that I did not find him a pleasant man. He seemed to think that the Beatles belonged to him exclusively.
I have not had that experience with him. He has a very "New York City" attitude but I have always found him to be pleasant enough. He is the only person who has been able to keep a Beatles convention going consistantly for over 50 years.
